About
Contrary to the company's advertised belief system, LENNAR's primary business is NOT building new homes "guided by core principles of quality, value and integrity". In reality, LENNAR builds and sells defective new homes with no regard to quality, value or integrity, scamming innocent families and homebuyers out of hundreds of millions of dollars in defective new home sales each year to prop-up the company's stock price and enrich corporate executives.
Further debunking LENNAR's "quality, value and integrity" facade is an overwhelming number of customer complaints on Facebook, the Better Business Bureau, Reddit and many other online media outlets and community Discord channels where thousands of LENNAR homebuyers describe the same nightmare experience (i.e. water leaks, mold, unanswered customer complaints, etc.). With so many credible complaints regarding the same issues, one must ask a serious question: Is it just a coincidence that thousands of homes have these problems or are these deficiencies known and deliberately planned?
Moreover, once you've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing head-on with LENNAR's ridiculous customer service team, it won't take long to realize how the company's representatives intentionally complicate and delay legitimate repair requests to exhaust homeowners and run out the clock on the 1-year home warranty. In fact, the level of service extended to the homebuyer after close of escrow is so egregious that one could compare LENNAR's conduct to that of an organized crime ring, where agents and employees willfully and/or negligently act in concert with one another to inflict an emotional, physical and an economic hardship on its customers purely for financial gain.
Therefore, the overwhelming evidence conclusively proves that LENNAR's primary business is not building new homes "guided by core principles of quality, value and integrity". That business is a SHAM. The real business is scamming the public out of hundreds of millions of dollars in defective new home sales to prop-up the company's stock price and enrich corporate executives at the expense of the customer. LENNAR's conscious decision to continue delivering homes in this manner is not only unethical and immoral but a FRAUD.
LENNAR Business Model:
(in 6 simple steps)
Step 1.) While masquerading as a legitimate homebuilding enterprise and while exploiting ignorant and/or complicit building code enforcement agencies, LENNAR knowingly, willingly and deliberately builds new homes using cheap products and materials and then assembles those homes using unqualified and/or unlicensed workers and construction managers, resulting in tens of thousands of homes throughout the country built with various building code violations and construction defects.
Step 2.) Sell these defective new homes to the unsuspecting public for hundreds of thousands of dollars each, falsely claiming that the company builds homes "guided by core principles of quality, value and integrity".
Step 3.) After close of escrow when customers complain about legitimate building code violations and construction defects, LENNAR:
A.) Denies the problem exists.
B.) Complicates and/or delays repair work.
C.) Ignores the customer altogether and closes-out unresolved repair "tickets", or
D.) Some combination of the above.
Step 4.) Knowing that their customers have little to no recourse in the matter, LENNAR avoids accountability by hiding behind the law at the expense of their customer, forcing customers to do one or more of the following:
A.) Fight a costly, complex and time-consuming legal battle.
B.) Chase down ignorant and/or complicit government agencies for help.
C.) Sell their home for a loss.
D.) Be miserable in their defective new home, or
E.) Some combination of the above.
Step 5.) Senior executives and management laugh all the way to the bank.
Step 6.) Repeat Steps 1-5.
